SJS Facility Service built the SJSFS eTA app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by SJS Facility Service and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

SJSFS eTA’s physical infrastructure is hosted and managed in SJSFS Virtual Private Server (VPS) and utilizes Appigizer Technologies. Physical access is strictly controlled by professional security staff utilizing video surveillance, state of the intrusion detection system.
SJSFS eTA has a clear privacy policy that defines what data is collected and how it is used. SJSFS eTA is committed to maintaining employee privacy and transparency over how SJSFS eTA works.
We take steps to protect the privacy of our employees and protect the data stored in the platform. Some of the protections attached to SJSFS eTA products include authentication, access control, data transport encryption, HTTPS / SSL usage.
Employees of AEON Delight Indonesia are required to use Trekme.AD / SJSFS eTA to upload their attendance and eInspection data with images, geolocation and remarks. these fields are compulsory for compliance and approvals.
Image data remains stored on server for a maximum of 6 months for compliance and gets purged afterwards.
SJSFS eTA uses regular back-up schedules and firewall technology to ensure that your information is always available, no matter what. The systems and databases in SJSFS eTA are backed up routinely and stored in multiple places.
